We are happy to say that we had a great budget meeting on Wednesday and our HOA Dues are not going up. They will remain at $60 per month.
We also communicated that the Holiday decorations are going to be put up this upcoming week.
Another piece of information, is that the front entrance will start to get painted this week. The sample colors have been painted on the inside part of the wall.
